Andrew joined the team in April 2022. Coming from a systems administration, systems programming and networking background, he’s enjoying putting his skills to good use for the technical challenges in the role and for the environmental benefits that Sheffield Solar’s services provide to its clients, particularly in minimising carbon emissions. As well as helping to maintain and monitor existing systems he’s also taking part in development work on new features for our systems.
Previous employment has been strongly Linux and Unix based, working in shell, C, Python and other languages, including working and living abroad, particularly in Germany and Switzerland. He enjoys dance, cycling, cinema, travel and languages.
